Visit by Marine Ecologist

This week the Discoverers Pod 2 were fortunate to have a visit from Daniel's Dad sharing his experiences and knowledge of being a Marine Ecologist.  Everyone was fascinated by the equipment he brought into share and some specimens of shellfish he had collected.  He talked about the work he was involved in with Muscle farming in New Zealand.  Many students had lots of very intertesting questions for Chris regarding his role as a Marine Ecologist.

Room 4 in the Kitchen

It was a very busy hands-on afternoon in the kitchen for the Room 4 students.  They created some delicious healthy vegetarian lasagne, chickpea and vegetable tagine with garlic bread and homemade butter to go with it.

Upcoming Events and Mufti Days

Tuesday 13 August - Bring a can food for the City Mission.

Tuesday 3 September - Bring a gold coin so the Environment Committee can buy some new trees.
